Responding to a request Samsung to see the iPhone generation and model iPad, iconic iPhone maker has hit back at Samsung call demands an "attempt to harass."
Apple has filed a motion in District Court for the Northern District of California asks judge to deny the request Samsung. Apple said the demand for Samsung's "not a good faith effort to obtain the informationApple needed to defend against the initial court order." "Rather, it is a transparent attempt to harass unfit by demanding highly sensitive trade secrets that have no relevance to Apple's claim of infringement, or for defense Samsung to the beginning of a court order," according to the document.
According to documents filed on May 27 by Samsung in San Jose, California federal court, the Samsung iPhone and iPad should be allowed to see the latest version of the next generation , which may be known as a 5 iPhone and iPad 3, to "evaluate whether there is likelihood of confusion" between the new Samsung and Apple products that may be sold at the same time.
Apple alleged that Samsung Galaxy products are "condescending" and the iPhone copied IPAD technology and design.
Apple filed a lawsuit against Samsung in San Francisco stated that the South Korean company copied smartphones and tablet computers. Apple lawsuit claims the phone Samsung and Galaxy Tab mimic the iPhone and iPad.
Samsung also responded with a patent lawsuit against Apple in South Korea, Japan and Germany, which involves the infringement of five patents.
